You have 2-4 years’ experience in insurance industry, preferably public Liability claims, however general insurance experience will be considered.

Working closely with a successful team of Liability Claims Account Managers, you will be responsible for managing general liability claims for a portfolio of Australian and overseas insurers. The role will involve assessing liability and financial exposure.

You have 1-2 years’ experience in managing a busy office
The role
As part of the Client Services team, this role is responsible for the Management of Proclaim office including Human Resources (HR) administrative tasks and support of Proclaim’s internal teams. As our Office All Rounder, you will take the lead in ensuring our office is running in a smooth and professional manner. This role involves, office management, HR duties, managing incoming calls, arranging internal trainings & basic IT support to internal teams.
This is a permanent full time role. Requires minimum 4 days working from our office.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of a busy and vibrant office
- Main line telephone call management including answering the main line incoming calls in courteous manner and assisting internal users with phone setup management
- Greeting all guests, visitors & suppliers who arrive at office
- Travel & hotel booking
- General upkeep of the staff common areas including the kitchen, meeting areas, server room and reception area, ensuring those areas are kept clean, tidy and well stocked.
- Recruitment which includes posting ads, managing applications, employment contracts, reference checks
- On boarding & off boarding staff – Setting up new users in internal systems, welcome packs, induction plan
- Training – Arranging internal training, maintaining attendance records, assisting managers with set ups etc
- Provide basic IT support, setting up computers, phones, assisting teams for conference calls, video call meetings. troubleshooting issues to IT helpdesk and its resolutions etc
