Lucy’s career in insurance began on joining RSA UK’s Graduate scheme in 2004, which ultimately led to a London Market role in Property Underwriting focusing on global and risk managed business. Several years later having moved to QBE, Lucy eventually decided to return to Australia and relocated from London to Melbourne in 2013 to take up a position as Multinational Property Underwriter. After a career break in 2017 and looking for a new avenue within insurance, Lucy joined Proclaim early 2018 as a Property Account Manager.
