I commenced my career in Insurance straight from School in Feb 1984, first role the mailroom progressing to a Claim officer handling Workers Compensation claims from July 1984 – Dec 1986, when I discovered Public Liability claims. From Jan 1987 through to September 2019, held various roles, Claim Consultant, Senior Claim Consultant, Team Leader, Supervisor and finally State Claim Manager in the National Liability Claims Division at Allianz Insurance. Over the journey have managed Personal Injury, Third Party Property damage, Contract Works Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Pleasure craft Marine Third Party liability claims.
